Shiraz is a catering and special events company that does some impressive American Nouveau cuisine. They also seem to have an especially good looking staff It is certainly worth checking them out.

Mark is a very accomplished pastry chef who works with his lovely wife Leslie, whom I just met at the NY Mag Wedding Fair

They make absolutely gorgeous cakes, to which I am especially drawn as a photographer who loves and appreciates beautiful details. All couples should check out their site.

I met Allison and Moni at the NYC Wedding Salon Fair at the Roosevelt Hotel and thought their business was very cool.
They provide, among others things, Bridal Styling services. I know for some that can be a stressful thing to do on one’s own
so its nice to have the advice and creativity of affordable stylists.
